Scott LaMothe
Scott completed his Bachelors of Science from the University of Vermont in 1993 with a concentration in Athletic Training. Using his education and over 20 years as a Personal Trainer, Scott is able to create powerful fitness programs for any individual and to motivate clients to reach their fitness outcome.

"One reason I faithfully go to Scott for personal training is that he helps me prepare for strenuous and physically demanding ski trips. Every year, I go to either British Columbia or to Europe to backcountry ski.
